Let us start with a spectacular luxury trifactor by Kelly Wearstler. One of our favorite projects from this top designer is this California style Spanish-style bungalow home in the vibrant neighborhood of West Hollywood. Desiring a home that celebrated the clients’ personal love of art, color and sculpture, Kelly Wearstler created within the expansive open layout a self-confident design incredibly unique with an infusion of contemporary and vintage art, furniture and sculpture by established and prominent emerging artists.
For this 4,000 sq. Ft. Triplex Loft in Tribeca, Kelly creates her signature mix of raw and refined details. Extravagant gleaming metals in such functional items as the kitchen cabinetry blend with playfully proportioned Italian modern 80’s furniture. The extremely durable cerused and ebonized walnut floors are seen throughout the residence pay homage to the clients’ busy lifestyle.
Last but not least let us show the design project of this airy seaside residence in Malibu that belongs to the very own Kelly Wearstler and her family! As expected, Wearsler’s private home represents a new wave in the designer’s style. The home has a castaway allure with a sun-bleached color palette that is muted yet complex, consisting of shades of driftwood taupe, misty gray, watery green and shell pink.
Another top Interior Designer of the US, Peter Marino, is known for his stunning and extravagant design projects but, today, we’ve decided to focus on a more opulent project of his that’s more classic. We’re talking about this massive estate on 25 acres in Dallas’ prestigious Preston Hollow neighborhood that encompasses 35,725-square-feet of air-conditioned living space including a four-story main home, a two-story guest house, and a three-story recreation complex. The main home has 10 bedrooms and 12 full- and five half-baths; the guest house contains two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The recreation complex contains a movie theater with 18 seats, a pool room, three full- and two half-baths. All of the rooms were fully decorated by Marino with some clear elegance and style that fits a more classic modern look!
Following a cleaner White Trend, we have to show you this amazing The Loft project by top British Designer Kelly Hoppen. This London project has a more adventurous look that takes us back to the jungle. The texture of the rugs and the armchairs in combination with the greenery decor makes this dining room very modern and imposing. Extremely chic!
Also following the Clean White Trend let us show you the project above that it isn’t from New York or Chicago, but from Milwaukee, a city that is starting to conquer some notoriety in the Interior Design World. This project is signed by one of the top Interior Designers in the United States: Victoria Hagan. As you can see, in the living room project, Hagan grouped a sofa and armchairs of her own design to create an eclectic, white and incredible interior!
Created in 2010, Sky Residence at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Mahanakhon (a mixed-use skyscraper in Bangkok) is a luxurious oasis of cultural influence and artistry. The project was designed by David Collins Studio, an award-winning interior architecture practice based in London. With a portfolio of projects across five contents, David Collins Studio was poised to tackle Sky Residence with a unique and global vision.
Irony, humor and some eroticism are the concepts behind one of Marcel Wanders most stunning project. It’s an indulgent luxury hotel where guests are rejuvenated through a pampered vibe. We’re talking about the new Iberostar Grand Hotel Portals Nous in Mallorca. Located on a magnificent beach, this luxurious design uses transparencies, whites and reflective surfaces to create a flow of openness. Emphasizing craft and modern design, the Mallorquin style is reinforced, inspiring guests with the scenery of Spain. Wanders give the Hotel a splash of color and, of course, a dazzle of craziness.
The project above belongs to designer, author, TV host and television personality, Nate Berkus! Berkus runs the Chicago Interior Design Firm Nate Berkus Associates founded in 1995, and it was this studio that was responsible for the elegant design project above! A stunning living room with a great classic look!

This project recently won the CovetED Award for best Hospitality Project and it«s one of our favourite projects by PTang. We couldn’t ignore it in this list! Çocated in Jakarta Indonesia, Asya is the family orientated and warm-hearted development which centers family ancestry as a concept. Various architectural elements trickle and flow through space as lighting and partition features. The various spaces are structured with interconnecting components, warm lighting with soft textures throughout to echo the warmth and sentiment within the areas. These physical details weave and envelop the visitors within comfortable surroundings, reiterating the sense of familial protection and nurture, creating different functional areas of open and enclosed spaces without making the space too small.
