Their design approach engages a critical process that eliminates the unnecessary and proposes clear, succinct solutions in which all elements—from broad concept to fine detail—coexist in a carefully considered balance. The company has also worked on a Manhattan outpost (built to LEED Gold standards) for art dealer David Zwirner. Its exterior, lobby, and central stairwell clad in rugged board-formed concrete, smartly accented with teak. Other than that, Annabelle has also worked on structures for the forthcoming Parc des Ateliers, an art-and-research center in Arles, France.
