Now! Design à Vivre Is Maison et Objet’s Contemporary Soul of Design ⇒ The prestigious Parisian event is regarded as the leading platform when it comes to home decor, lifestyle and design. It brings together a multitude of visitors and industry professionals to celebrate the wonders of this massive community. Comprised of a series of sectors that fall under the event’s three universes, Maison, Objet and Influences, Maison et Objet has become an epitome of innovation and functionality. Today, CovetED will focus solely one of its biggest sectors, Now! Design à Vivre, which is actually perceived as the Soul of Design.
NOW! DESIGN À VIVRE, otherwise known as the soul of design, is all about showcasing innovation and experimentation, through beautiful objects and boldly designed yet functional furniture pieces. Located in Hall 7, it is the perfect place to go if one’s looking for contemporary design.

It is space that is all about growth and experimenting as well as discovering new design concepts. One of its best highlights is that it can transform, subvert, combine materials to create the most mesmerising and eco-friendly objects.
“Design is unique in that it cannot be summed up by a single, rigid definition, which is the sign of a concept that is constantly reinventing itself,” in other words, design is a “creative, intellectual, multidisciplinary and humanist process, whose aim is (…) to provide solutions to everyday problems,” and this fits perfectly with the essence of Now! Design a Vivre, so make sure to visit this sector and the wonderful brands and designers that will be exhibiting in it, including Brokis, DelightFull, Designheure, Essential Home, Ibride, Leblon Dalienne, Petite Friture, Republic of Fritz Hansen, Seletti, Tom Dixon, Vondom, Zaha Hadid Design, and many others.
