The Grand House Project Is a Luxurious Boutique Hotel in the AlgarveThursday 23 August 2018
The Grand House Project Is a Luxurious Boutique Hotel in the Algarve ⇒ Previously known as Hotel Guadiana, the Grand House project is about to become one of the major hospitality venues in Vila Real, Algarve. Grande House will be the very first luxury boutique hotel with five-stars in the region. The Hotel will be comprised of two other spaces, a Grand Beach Club, which so happens to have officially opened its doors last month and Grand Residence located in the neo-classical ancient building of Alfândega. Today, CovetED will explore a bit more about this stunning project that is bound to become of the main touristic attractions in the Algarve.
The Grand House hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation process that seeks to improve its facilities to provide the ultimate hospitality experience for tourists and civilians alike.
The Hotel is expected to open its door by the end of the third semester of this year. The majestic boutique hotel will be completed with 31 rooms (15 doubles, 3 junior suites and 13 individuals rooms) all an epitome of luxury and comfort to the finest standards imaginable.
By transforming various areas of the region’s historical centre, Grand House will take the shape of a marvellous inn that will be a cultural point for tourism and reference for the region as it will promote its heritage, culture and customs.
As a whole, this entire project will be a step forward in the requalification process of the mouth of the Guadiana River, a strategic place for nautical tourism and a gateway to the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
