The residential project we’re about to see is an incredible family apartment named Oskar. Located in São Paulo, Brazil, it features an area of 400m². The project itself took one year to be concluded and the result couldn’t more beautiful. (All photo credits belong to Fernanda Marques and Photographer: Fernando Guerra)
Family homes are very special projects. They require wide areas, that allow kids to play free and safely. Colours are also important to make the environment inviting and joyful. And so is natural light. And the extra large white areas you can see help to bring that natural light indoors and make the house even brighter.
The set of decoration is very light. It embraces natural light that comes from the very large windows in a wonderful way. Besides the style, you can see that it is a very functional space, something that is crucial in a family home.
The bright red armchair gives a special touch to the entire decor. It is modern, passionate and vibrant.
There is a lot of light greys, combined with other shades of grey. The pillows are a wonderful game of colours, patterns and fabrics. The very light wood chairs and tables are details that help enlighten the area.
As you are about to see below, all the house follows the same scheme of colours used in the living room, with pastels, some bright colours, some white and beautiful red appointments. That repeats in the bedroom and kids’ bedroom.
It can also see that there were a huge concern with functionality. Style and function were merged perfectly and the house is adequate to a family lifestyle.
It’s a truly inviting home. A place where kids would definitely feel good, with huge areas to play freely and be extremely happy. So as their parents that have a home that suits the entire family.
A composition of pastels and yet very colourful and light wood transmits very good vibes and that is all a family need to feel good at home, to make them all feel home.
