Discover the Wellhouse decorated by Geometrix DesignSunday 3 November 2019
Geometrix Design is an incredible interior designer from Russia composed by decorators Elen and Michel, both of whom are passionate about their work. This duo has been involved in a couple of amazing projects in interiors from all over the world. It was hard for us to pick only one project however one caught our attention. Today CovetED is going to introduce you to the Wellhouse!
In its essence, the project is made out of the contrast of two main materials: warm wood and cold glass. Through this amazing combo, Geometrix Design has managed to concede a unique dynamic to the project in it of itself. Geometry is also a very solid basis behind the conception of this project, as we will be showing you throughout the article.
You can definitely notice the geometric composition made of wooden panels. This ends up creating is a link between the lobby and the sitting-room. Not to mention the fact that it correlates with how the kitchen is decorated, which makes the image of the sitting-room integral. According to the designers from Geometrix Design, this consists of a “broken” composition that adds some dynamics to the interior.
Marble plays a leading role throughout the display of the Wellhouse. Geometrix Design chose white-n-grey Volokas marble to provide a special touch to several areas of the home. For the kitchen, however, Corian marble was the way to go, in order to match the hint of the white basis of the marble.
When it came to the main bedroom, Geometrix Design invested in a decoration made of chocolate walnut wood and eco-leather. This type of material manages to create a warm and noble contrasting with grey glass. For the guest bedroom, one can find a leather bed against the background of some lovely decorative concrete panels, along with a grey glass with a geometric layout in the opposite wall.
