About Diego Delgado-Elias
Diego Delgado-Elias is a Peruvian architect who lives in Paris. After spending ten years at large international agencies, where he worked on major hospitality-related and private projects, he founded his own agency in Paris in 2014. His experiences in Peru, the United States, and France helped him develop a style that alternates between the authentic and the audacious. The multiculturalism that has nourished his talent has become his signature, attracting a wide variety of clients, from creative types and artists to hotels and royal families. Over the years, he has refined his style, creating fluid and functional spaces unique for their integrity and contemporaneity. Diego’s skills also extend to design—he creates custom furniture and modules that fit elegantly and relevantly into his interiors. This eclecticism can be seen in his choice of raw, fine, and antique materials that hug the spare, radical lines characteristic of his architecture. Pragmatic and poetic, he manages to give a new identity to places, making them timeless. Alongside his Parisian agency, Diego Delgado-Elias is making a name for himself amongst the new generation of architects to watch.
