Le Bar du Plaza Athénée has been lavishly redesigned and is the perfect place to indulge in a cocktail or two. The Hotel also features five stunning restaurants, all of which are overseen by our world-renowned, multiple Michelin-starred Chef, Alain Ducasse. We had the pleasure to visit the Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée – which has won three Michelin-stars – where we were greeted with an impressive combination of exquisite flavours and natural ingredients that resulted in scrumptious and healthy dishes. The restaurant has been newly designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, featuring a colossal crystal ceiling that leaves guests absolutely flabbergasted, such as us.

The restaurant presents a diverse menu that represents its essence of naturalness, one of the dishes we had the opportunity to joyfully savour was the Gamberoni from San Remo accompanied with avocado grilled on coffee beans, which was a complete out-of-body experience. Logically, the restaurant also has a heavenly wine selection that is overseen by the experienced sommelier, Gérard Margeon.
