The Michelin Start Chef transmits very beautifully and smoothly his passion for cooking. We have to mention in our list of favourite dishes the true Mediterranean starter – fresh baguette dipped in a rich extra virgin olive oil. Meanwhile, the caramelised quail eggs on tuna mousse were an explosion of taste in your mouth of sweet and salty.
