Some Luxury Projects of Tomorrow in Guadalajara – Part II – The last few years have been fertile in announcements of Luxury Projects all around the world. We’ve been witnessing an interesting boom in the Luxury Construction Sector, namely in Mexico, where thousands of projects are announced each year. One of the regions with most luxury projects announced for the upcoming years is the developing region of Guadalajara, in Mexico. Let’s discover some of them!
First of all, a helpful legal disclaimer for your consideration! Most of these projects didn’t finish their construction process and some of them are still waiting for the needed building permits and financial projects from the correspondent public and private authorities/ departments!
The purpose of this article is to highlight the luxury architecture of some of this projects and to give you some architectural inspiration! You may even find some of these projects an interesting investment, but you should always contact the Guadalajara Public Authorities to get some useful information about the present status of all of these projects.

LOBBY 33 is a tower created with the purpose of transforming the conception of architecture in an organized, sustainable and efficient form. The design mixes an urban style with elegant class and the building itself is surrounded by some of the most important landscapes in Guadalajara.
Dos Puntas Corporate Towers is a cutting-edge corporate building that offers the most advanced concept worldwide in business spaces. It integrates maximum efficiency, functionality, safety, ecological awareness, and state-of-the-art technology. The idea of integration of elements makes Dos Puntas Corporate Towers a formidable architectural structure.
Planned for central Guadalajara, City Tower is a Residential and Commercial project that still hasn’t got an official approval. The design of the building itself it’s very futuristic and will house an all range of commodities, like Gyms and Spas.
Rinconada Margaritas is a development of vertical housing, displaced with three buildings in a total area of 10,126m2. It’s nearly completed.
