Starting from the design of the functional layout to the creation of unique and exclusive pieces of furniture, the Majestic Mountain Charme Hotel combines the genius loci with the client’s demand of a contemporary style capable of surprising and giving space to comfort. The starting point was to create spacious and functional rooms, providing customers with flexible environments suitable for every need. The interiors have been carefully designed to impress the visitor with their elegance and simplicity of lines, through the modern reinterpretation of the classic mountain settings and the unusual and innovative use of many of the iconic elements of the Dolomites, creating an environment in the spirit of surprise and discovery.

The interior design of the rooms was thought to be fitted with well-equipped wardrobes, but also to hold smaller ad hoc living spaces, made to become –  where necessary – additional sleeping accommodations with due attention to privacy and comfort. Finely hidden doors can create wider environments offering an even more flexible service. Hence the surprise effect of the layout in which spaces unfold in a smart way: retractable hooks, folding-sliding partitions and lightning elements are just some of the discoveries that the visitor will make.

A key player is the velvet headboard, imposing and framed by wooden volumes; on the side of the bed, large hanging lamps illuminate the black nightstands. The recesses and the shelves in the room are underlined by the black of the metal sheet, which creates a spectacular empty and full effect, delineated by the use of LEDs. The discovery of the room continues with the big bear on a red print that appears as soon as you open the wardrobe, revealing itself as a curious detail perfectly in line with the traditions of the place and that wants to impress the guest. Mascotte of Madonna di Campiglio, the bear is in fact proposed again on the silk-screened and backlit glass plate on which the bed leans, along with the star, logo and icon of the town.

The stone bathrooms are spacious and feature a simple style, while the double light mirror gives relevance to the entire space. The washbasin top, made of stoneware and specifically designed by the studio, reveals the ability to convey the concept into every detail starting from the careful choice of materials. Most of the upholsteries, headboard, chairs and curtains have been designed ad hoc. The cabinets are characterized by leather decorated with handmade stitching. Also part of the lighting, like the iron bear head, was created specifically for these spaces.

The covering of walls and floors has been conceived in modular oak planks, both to recall the mountain environments and for the need of a quick and easy installation. The alpine atmosphere and mountain elegance are reflected in the use of material grey and beige, while sheet metal finishes give a modern touch to the environment. From the anonymous dress to haute couture garment, this is the unique trait of CaberlonCaroppi that finds in the tailor-made the key to the success of every project.
