Throughout the apartment, one of the main materials used was layered timber flooring which contrasts perfectly with the contemporary white Assirelli designed kitchen. The latter presents a central island in tones of grey and neolith block with a floating timber bar countertop. On the one hand, the kitchen was incorporated with OKHA leather cushioned barstools to add a masculine touch to the area, on the other hand, the client’s art collection was mounted in this space to guarantee that a sense of character would be given to this division.
A timber feature panel was utilised in the dining room to divide the white linear wall. An ARRCC custom design dining table with a herringbone structure was gloriously paired with black leather dining chairs by Ding3000, resulting in an incredible homage to contemporaneity. The Design group selected David Reed’s custom glass pendants to beautifully complement the area above the table creating a vibrant and colourful ensemble.
Regarding the lounge area, a striking redesigned fireplace, covered with cladding in oxidized copper panelling converts into the focal point and concedes a warm ambience. In addition, glass pocket doors harmoniously slide into the fireplace cavities, exposing a side garden and an outside terrace, well-appointed with an outdoor kitchen, an infinity pool as well as dining and living areas. To allow the client to have outstanding coastal views, a slightly raised daybed was added to the mix and around the corner, a petite landscaped garden highlights an outdoor shower made of a tree trunk and brass piping, giving origin to a tailored and private retreat.

Each bedroom has its own unique set of elements. For instance, the layout of the master bedroom was shaped to allow the en-suite bathroom to open up to the bedroom completely, with glass sliding panels featuring a sandblasted mandala to ensure maximum privacy. Following a modern Zen-design aesthetic, the designers added a solid stone bath providing an utterly unique bathroom experience. Exuding a sense of a masculinity, the bedroom features a four poster bed with charcoal leather upholstery and a Piet Boon off-shutter concrete wallpaper was chosen to cover the back wall.
“The interiors of this apartment are kept relatively simple, with the use of bold textures and varied colour pallets adding richness and masculinity, creating a unique and captivating space,” disclosed, Mark Rielly, the director of ARRCC. “ARRCC’s design elements throughout the apartment ensure a modern and sophisticated presence while strongly reflecting the personality of the home owner,” concluded Rielly.
