What Can You Find at the Craft, Metier D’art Hall At Maison et Objet – This year’s Maison et Objet will feature the section Craft, Metier D’Art at Hall 5A of the Paris Nord Villepinte Park of Expositions. This is an exhibition section that, in the past, had great success and that usually appeals to everyone who comes to the Maison event in search of something other than grand and luxury furniture pieces.

During the 5 days of this event, Craft, Metier D’Art sector it’s going to be one of the most unique sections of the trade fair. The organization of Maison & Objet decided to put in place an ambitious project to revamp the CRAFT area for the 2018 event and that’s why that for this year’s edition, prominent French architect Philippe Boisselier is proposing a brand new scenography of the space.

Thanks to that new plan, the whole creative offer of this sector was redesign to focus on fine craft workshops via their different markets and through themed exhibition pavillions: tableware, jewelry and fashion accessories, lighting and mural pieces, sculptures and collector’s items.

More than 100 exhibitors will showcased their Craft projects and products in this section, including more than 35 jewelry brands, such as french artisans like Szendy Stephane or Renard Bijoux.

At this section, you’ll also find lighting products, home fabrics, decorative items, tableware products, fragrances, hospitality and business products and outdoor products. All in all, this is a more diverse sector with a more clear focus on handmaid craftmanship decorative products.
