MAISON ET OBJET 2017

“Imposing their regular, wide and relaxed rhythm on one of the most famous squares in the world. They are porticos, the covered arcades which are one of the most widespread architectural features in the whole city of Venice and a distinctive characteristic of the lagoon city. Portego means “portico” in the Venetian language, and it is an homage to one of the city’s most symbolic elements.”
