Once again, the High Point Market will receive an enormous amount of new products, new collections and cutting-edge designs combining the most traditional handmade techniques with the ultimate design trends and innovations. You still have time to show up and discover the best of what is being done in the world of art and design!

The new exhibitors include The Rachlin Group LLC at Furniture Plaza 507, Montage Furniture Services at Furniture Plaza 518, and South Asia Furniture Manufacturing Company/South Sea Rattan Collection at Plaza Suites C-102. You can count also with two relocated showrooms: Bedgear Performance Bedding, Plaza Suites 1-500, 1-601; and A.R.T. Furniture’s Showroom in Plaza Suites, PS-200.+
“The Main Street Properties are really the bedrock of market,” said Julie Messner, Senior Vice President of Furniture and Home Décor Leasing for International Market Centers (IMC). “These staple buildings are home to name-brand popularly-priced lines, including La-Z-Boy, Southern Motion, Pride Mobility, Jofran, Legends, Kuka Home, Cozzia, Man-Wah, England, and A.R.T. Furniture.”
A.R.T. Furniture is releasing a new casual contemporary collection dubbed Geode which includes bedroom, dining, living, home office, entertainment and upholstered pieces. Furthermore, A.R.T. Furniture will unveil 10 new upholstered collections embodying mixed media, trend-setting fabrics and artistic touch points.
Overall, the Main Street Properties boast 7 floors and over 300,000 square feet with permanent showrooms, featuring a central escalator atrium to make the access and navigation easier.
Along with all furniture novelties and trends, the High Point Market has also featured two interesting educational series, named Keynote Series, which were held on 22nd April by Robin Wilson, the prestigious designer and founder of Robin Wilson Home; and Andrew Leonard, Google’s Strategist and Marketing Development Manager.
Wilson is also the chief creative officer of the licensing division of Robin Wilson Home, which has generated over $80 million in branded revenue from textiles and cabinetry since 2010 and he has explained how to be successful in the design industry.
Andrew Leonard showed and explained how retailers can use digital tools to boost store traffic and he has also answered some questions raised by the audience.
“We strive to consistently provide our buyers with engaging programs that explore the essential components they need to enhance and elevate their businesses. This Keynote Series is an exciting opportunity for us to showcase relevant experts who have vital information to share with the home furnishings industry,” added Tom Conley.
Along with all that, you cannot loose the Social Events which help to make networking and trading lot easier. After checking out the list we truly recommend you to attend the Breakfast Club, the French Heritage and the Mine Photobooth Fundraiser events. High Point Market is pretty well known for its educational seminars that enable visitors to get in touch with important guests such as Elle Decor, Jesse Akre and Cindy Hodnett.
