Every year, Elle Decor choose the design world’s hottest talents together to create one home that serves as the ultimate representation of the modern style. And 2015 can never be an exception! Therefore, the renowned magazine revealed its fourth Modern Life Concept House, a one-of-a-kind condominium home featuring the work of five leading designers in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.
The magazine’s editor in chief Michael Boodro and his editorial team personally chosen the project designers Matthew MacDonald, Daniele Busca, Sam Robin, Elizabeth Martin and Fernando Wong to design the whole concept into the 6,000 square-foot space at 250 Wynwood, a newly opened art-centric loft space located in the heart of Wynwood and decorated with curated art by Miami-based Anthony Spinello of Spinello Projects.

Andrew Lanahan, David Polinsky, Bradley Carlson, David Schwade, Tim Johnson, Forrest Walterhoefer, Miguel Lewis, Michael Boodro, Daniele Busca, Elizabeth Martin, Matt MacDonald, at ELLE DECOR’s 2015 Modern Life Concept House at 250 Wynwood in Miami.
During the event, Boodro presented the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center with a donation of $10,000, which came from project sponsors and public tickets sales to view the Modern Life Concept House during Miami Art Week.
The official opening of the Modern Life Concept House, where a crowd of design influencers including explored the space over cocktails and small bites.
