Discover the Mesmerising Michelin-Starred Restaurant of Vila Vita Parc ⇒ This week, CovetED had the delightful pleasure of visiting one of the finest and leading design hotels of the world, the Vila Vita Parc in Algarve. Besides, the highly curated interiors, phenomenal landscape design, outstanding architecture and access to private beaches, the hotel houses yet a mesmerizing Michelin-starred restaurant that is simply divine! The restaurant in question is the signature fine dining venue of the luxury resort, Ocean and, today, CovetED will show you a behind the scenes look of how amazingly prepared everything is in these two Michelin stars awarded dining venue.

Offering a mouth-watering dining experience, the curated seasonal menus of Ocean are prepared by Austrian Executive Chef, Hans Neuner, who since 2007, has been leading this kitchen creating some of the most exquisite dishes in the world. Freshly-caught seafood is one of the main specialities of the restaurant while organically-raised meat from the resort’s own farm also seems to steal the show. 

We were absolutely stunned by the sublime food and the seamless service. The peacefully casual yet extremely elegant interiors are also another knocked-out. Blue and gold are certainly some of the most dominating palettes in the restaurant, reflecting a serene seaside-inspired design while elements such as corals on Ocean’s side walls and Murano crystals in the form of medusas by the entrance, definitely give an interesting twist to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

To further enhance our experience, we had the opportunity to go behind the counter and the precision and attention to detail in which the experienced cooks make the food is unbelievably awe-inspiring.
