Colour Will Be the Heart and Soul of the 9th Edition of Paris Deco Off ⇒ Regarded as a “rendezvous” between international interior designers and decoration editors, the event invites everyone who enjoys the fine art of design and the sophisticated ambience of showrooms. From 18-22 January 2018, the 9th edition of the cultural event will introduce a new and special thematic that will be at the heart of the event, which is Colour. Today, CovetED will explore a little bit about the theme and what one can expect from it.

First and foremost, the Colour-themed conference will be led by Jean-Gabriel Causse, the author of the novel “Les Crayons de Coleurs”, translated to “Colouring Pencils” in English. The anticipated discussion will be held at l’Hôtel de l’Industrie, on the 20th.

Now, take a look at three features from some of this year’s exhibitors that are bound to be trending during and after the event concludes, and they reflect the thematic Colour to perfection.

Flavor Paper for Arte

In collaboration with American company Flavor Paper, the Belgium-based design and manufacture company, Arte has created an original collection of audacious wallpapers, that feature unique Flavor Papepatterns like B-A-N-A-N-A-S and Mustachio. This bold collection, with a touch of irony here and there, is inspired by various movements
and social trends: from pop art and VanGogh to classical (and slightly less classical) floral prints.

Make Your Dreams Come True with Style Library

Style Library is the name of the group that now consolidates the six famous and distinctive British brands Zoffany, Harlequin, Sanderson, Morris &Co., Scion and Anthology.

The creative team is continually seeking out new techniques and is fortunate to be able to draw inspiration from the magnificent archives of Sanderson and William Morris when creating their unique collections, most of which are produced in Great Britain.

A Series of Astonishing Lampas Pieces

For the first time, the upholstery fabric producer Créations Métaphores has welcomed the creative designer, Pierre Marie to produce a limited series of fabrics. This collaboration has brought forth three lampas pieces which are also available as delicate cushions.

In conclusion, Paris Déco Off allows individuals to discover the world’s most outstanding fabric collections, home accessories and furniture designs.
