The building was given a second chance and it’s amazing how the team managed to keep some of its original details, preserving its identity (old overhead doors and shed roofs are some examples).

Beyond the mentioned renovation of the entire building, it’s important to focus on the importance that the design team gave to the firm’s employees, taking into account the healthy, sustainable, creative and pretty environments that can provide great and motivating conditions.

They gave special attention to every kind of employee, separating the building into four zones. If they need to be super focused with a silent ambient they can choose the Library area, The Cafe is the perfect opportunity for an informal meeting with a client, an interview, or even to establish connections with other teammates, the lively Workplace is where employees go to really focus on their craft, and the Client Lab is the space to solve housing issues with their clients.
