Toilets were invented in 1775 and since then, there was no evolution and that was not accurate with the fast pace of modern times, specially when it comes to home interior design in which bathrooms are included. Trone was born to change that idea, by reinventing toilets and to make them desirable. 2018 is the year of reinvention.

The Trone Paris has the mission to reinvent toilets and create the future reference for what used to be a random piece of decor. Toilets can now be seen as a very important piece of design, a piece of art, a strong statement of good taste, of a strong personality and of a high-end home decor. The French brand wants to make toilets desirable, identifying and, most of all, differentiating. Above all, the brand wants to break taboos and make toilets an object of lust, a symbol of refinement and an unexpected decorative piece without loosing its functionality.

But the object is not everything, it is also a question of rethinking space and experience. The goal? Give new meaning to the expression that has now disappeared from the “place of comfort”: a living room where you feel good. Ultra modern bathrooms with fancy toilets… What an excellent idea!

The brand’s teams of engineers and designers are starting from scratch. They have redesigned everything: materials, ergonomics, functionality, hygiene, comfort, aesthetics, … This is how ICONE01 was designed: an assembly of high quality elements, for an object entirely made in France.
