Spring can be a garden full of mystery and the world famous interior designer Marcel Wanders presented to CovetED Magazine...
Let us find out more about a Belgian master architect and designer Vincent Van Duysen. He is better known for his bespoke interiors than for his playrooms.
Born 1962 in Lokeren, Vincent Van Duysen attended Architecture school at the Architecture Institute Saint-Lucas in Ghent and founded his design studio in Antwerp in 1990. From the very beginning he expressed a great interest in interior design with mostly residential projects – a complete architectural product with subtle transitions between architecture and interior design combined with a spatial design attitude that always searches the essence.
Luxury Magazine CovetED suggests our readers to see some of his residential projects below.

The approach, the designer uses, covers all aspects, with respect to context and tradition, within which the senses and physical experience of the space, materials and light place the integrity of the user at its core. The use of pure and tactile materials results in a clear and timeless design. Functionality, durability and comfort are the prime components of the work.
The team of 20 collaborators has a diverse portfolio that includes projects for residential, office, and commercial spaces in Belgium and other European countries, the United States, and the Middle East, and product designs for such leading manufacturers as B&B Italia, Poliform, and Swarovski.
Van Duysen’s work has been published and exhibited worldwide. The first monograph on his work was published in 2001 by Gustavo Gili; and a second was published in 2010 by Thames & Hudson.
CovetED hopes that the interior design of Vincent van Duysen will inspire you to create something at home.
